Pressure Vessels
Pressurised equipment is used for industrial processes in refineries, petrochemical, chemical plants and in many other processes. In each case pressure vessels must be designed to cope with the operating temperatures and pressures and meet the safety and quality requirements as well as client specifications and design standards.
Pacific Engineering Pty Ltd's engineers and draftsmen have experience in producing calculations and detail drawings for all types of AS1210, ASME pressure vessels, TEMA heat exchangers and API storage tanks. We can design and supply pressure vessels and tanks in carbon, stainless, duplex stainless steel or other materials that you may specify.
Our services include:
- Pressure Vessel (AS 1210), Tank (API 620, API 650) design
- TEMA Heat Exchanger thermal and mechanical designs
- Cryogenic vessels
- Flare Stack designs to ASME STS
- Providing supports on TEMA thermal design issues
- Pressure vessel design verification and registration
- Third-party fabrication inspection
- Supply of pressure equipment
- Project management.
Fabrication Inspection of Pressure Equipment
Pressure vessels and heat exchangers are subjected to external third-party design verification and fabrication inspection to ensure that the design, material, fabrication, testing and documentation comply with the relevant Australian Standard, depending on their hazard levels.
External fabrication inspections are performed during the construction to verify that the equipment as constructed is suitable for its intended use. If effectively used, owner- inspection involvement can ensure that, the site specific client specifications and needs are not neglected. It also helps to ensure that the documents essential to demonstrate compliance are successfully transferred to the owner.
